Director Additions

In a meeting of the Board of Directors held September 2, 2013 a motion was made, seconded and approved to appoint David Dischiavo and Harold F. Lambert asDirectors of Bayside Corp.

To continue, Mr. Dischiavo and Mr. Lambert bring a wealth of experience to the Bayside management team providing over 80 years of combined experience in the areas of management, finance, and administration. They are a welcome addition to the Bayside management team and instrumental in helping the company attain its shorter and longer term goals and objectives.

Mr. Dischiavo, a former Director of the Company, graduated from Kenyon College in Ohio with a business degree. He was previously a registered representative for several stock brokerage firms in the northeastern part of the country (Bache & Company, Shearson Hammill, & Charles W. Scranton & Company) prior to becoming financial consultant/investment banker assisting small and medium size companies, both domestic and international, start-up funding and secondary financing.
Mr. Lambert, is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting. He is a Certified Public  Accountant and is also certified as a Drilling Fluids Engineer. He has over 40 years of experience in the oil industry working in the capacity as Controller for both public and private companies. Mr. Lambert also served as an Administrative Manager for a drilling contractor in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, as a drilling fluids engineer both domestically and internationally, and as an oil operator managing full operations on producing oil and gas wells.The company has not made any formal announcement in regards to these appointments but may or may not do so in the near future at its discretion.Website Updates
Moving along, as of January 22, 2014 under the “Investors” page of the Bayside Crop. website we are adding two additional sections called “Corporate” and “OTC Markets”. The corporate section is intended to provide all of the corporate related documentations such as Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Minutes of Director meetings and any relevant documentation as it pertains to the corporate aspect of the company.

Bayside has over 30 years of relevant documentation so it may take some time to digitize all of these documents and upload them to our website. The digitization and the publishing of these documents helps us to do the following:

1. Create an online digitized archive and database
2. Increase shareholder transparency

Additionally, as an OTC Market issuer Bayside has the privilege to receive weekly reports that summarizes its weekly activity on the OTC Markets. These reports will be made available in this section.
